Community in Christ Lutheran Church - Cornelius - Part-time
Youth Director: 15 Hours per week, $11,700.00. The youth director is responsible for ministry to 6th-12th grade students. Following Jesus’ command in Matthew 28 the youth director seeks to make disciples through weekly gatherings, monthly service opportunities and yearly trips and retreats. Recognizing that youth minis-try is a ministry of the whole congregations the youth director raises up a team of committed adults to ac-complish the ministry. The youth director is responsible for following and implementing CIC’s Child Protection Policy. The youth director leads an exemplary Christian life and sets an example to the congregation in follow-ing Jesus (ex. Worship attendance, Moral Behavior, Life of Faith).
